I am facing Internet Connectivity (Signal) problem since 4 of the month. This is the worst possible situation for me.
meanwhile good thing for me that my device get online after upto 2 hours while remaining Powered On.
I filed my first complaint on 4th of Nov and they promise me to fix this issue with in next upcoming 24 hours.. But all vain..
i let them enjoy the EID eve and I am sure they had enjoyed it well.
After Eid filed another complaint and got the same diplomatic answer. Another day passed
Next day filed another complaint and they promise to fix in upcoming 24 hours with same Diplomatic CSR Tune. I gave them another smile and time but again no response..
Next night I called to Wateen General Manager and he promised me the same. A CSR called me back and noted down the issue but it is again useless.
Same practice revised every day but they are unable to fix my problem.
In almost every conversation between me and them they promised that their technical assistant will visit me ASAP but no one visited me.
Finally last night they declared that my device interface is got weak and i have to replace the CPE weak interface replace is free.
Today they called me again and said that they are out of stock and I have to pay for their new modem 🙂
